We provide 100% Money Back Guarantee on all our sunglasses and assure you with the best brand new sunglasses that comes that are still in the original manufacturing boxes. Unless otherwise specified, we do not sell overstock unlike many other sites. We further guarantee that the sunglasses will be in its best condition to use without any kind of defect.
Order Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy provides for cancellation with 24 hours from the time of ordering through a customer service agent or through online means, incase the product has not been shipped. Orders that have been cancelled after the 24 hour timeline and before shipping will bear a 15% restocking charge.
Shipping policy
Orders made on normal business days, which are generally 1 to 5 business days, before 1:00 PM EST will be processed on the same day and will be shipped the next business day.
In case of shipping of the product, all the details that include tracking numbers and related details are emailed to the customer automatically. If you have placed an order with Top Fashion Shades LLC and did not receive the mail confirmation of shipment in 5 business days then please do send an email to our mail ID: support@topfashionshades.net.
Undamaged Items – Returns and Exchange Policy
Top Fashion Shades LLC accepts the return and exchange of undamaged items within 30 days from the time of delivery through shipment. If the 30 day mark is crossed then the item in question shall not be exchanged. There will be a 15% restocking fee on the exchange of non-defective items in addition to the shipping fees.
Incase, the product is not returned with its original packing then about 25% restocking fee will be charged at the minimum. It usually takes about 3 to 5 business days to facilitate the entire process of return and exchange.
Wrong or Damaged Items
Claims as to the damaged or incorrect items needs to be made within 3 business days from the date of receipt of such damaged or incorrect items. In case, if you receive a product that you did not order for, please notify us through email at support@topfashionshades.net at the earliest.
If the shipped product bears any damage visible from package then make sure that you do not accept the delivery and return it at the earliest time possible. These damaged products needs to be processed through the manufacturers sometimes. It usually takes about 5 to 7 business days for the damaged or incorrect product to return and exchange be initiated.
Warranty
Sunglasses from Top Fashion Shades come with manufacturer’s warranty. If any defects arise then contact the manufacturer directly. Any clarification required, please do mail us and we will be happy to reply you at the earliest.
